Successfully complete 4 regular CHP classes and 1 CHP Interdisciplinary Seminar (CHP
395/396) with a grade of B- or higher (students may not take CHP courses on a credit/no
Enroll in one CHP course per semester during the first two years in the program (unless
a deferral is approved).
Enroll in one upper-level CHP interdisciplinary honors seminar (CHP 395 or 396) during
the third or fourth year in the program, unless a request is approved to substitute another
substantive activity, such as study abroad.
Attend and participate in 4 Scholar Adventurer Series (SAS) programs and 1 Krannert
Dress Rehearsal (KDR). It is suggested that students begin participating in these
opportunities during their first year in the CHP.
Maintain a minimum cumulative institutional/UI Grade Point Average of 3.30 to remain in
good standing in the program. If a student is placed on CHP probation, s/he is given at
least one semester raise the GPA to 3.30+.
