Our Campus Honors Program mentorship initiative, CHP Connections, matches incoming students with experienced Chancellor’s Scholars for guidance and community! Starting with our New Student Orientation Cookout, and continuing throughout the year, CHP Connections helps new students start to make the big University more navigable, and creates more of a home here in the Program and at 1205 W. Oregon. Whether we are firing up the CHP’s own cookie-baking oven, making gingerbread houses, or participating in academic events, your mentors are here for you. The current CHP Connections facilitator is Adele Miller, Mentorship Chair on our Honors Student Council Executive Board.
